I’m an International private chef with 22 years of experience from five star hotels in Greece to private clubs, event venues and top restaurants such as Gaucho and Buddha Bar in London. I’m an expert in Greek, Modern British, Italian and Pan-Asian cuisine, with a special passion for a beautifully flavoured BBQ.
